WEBIT Forum
Conference Rooms, adjacent to the expo hall, have been booked for WEBIT Forum. They will be used for special sessions and presentations by WEBIT exhibitors.
Each room is equipped with data shows, screen and sound system. The capacity of each class will be around 100 person - theater style.
The forum will run on July 10th from (16:00 pm – 21:00 pm) and will cover several important topics.

Closing date for registrations
The closing date for registration is: June 19th, 2012.
The forms required for the inclusion in the exhibition catalogue shall be enclosed with the signed exhibition contract.
In case of late participation or delay, the forms together with delegates’ names can be sent separately to the organizer no later than June 19th, 2012.
Registrations and entries in the exhibition catalogue which the organizer receives after these dates may not be considered.

Allocation of space
Spaces are available as shown and listed in the floor plan and the corresponding schedule of areas and prices. Priority will be given to the event’s sponsors, partners and supporters. However, allocation of space will be made on a “First Come, First Serve” basis.

Participation fees
The price for booth space, including booth construction on a hire basis varies in the range of JOD (120 – 250) per sqm. The variation of price is based on Location and size of the booth.
A discount plan is available for:
• Ex participants of WEBIT
• Exhibitors willing to rent free space and use their own special booth design.
• Sponsors
• Exhibitors willing to participate and contribute gifts in the daily prize draw of the expo.

Entry in the exhibition catalogue
The entry in the catalogue is obligatory and includes the firm's name in Latin letters, the logo, if provided by the customer, as well as the full address, e-mail, internet, phone and telefax numbers. The fee for the entry is included in the registration fee
