WEBIT 2012 will enjoy the biggest promotional campaign ever, not just compared to its previous cycles but also to any other local exhibition been organized in Jordan.
We do understand that the real value for the exhibitors and sponsors is the quality and quantity of visitors. Accordingly, our WEBIT media plan is designed to hit all the records in terms of visitor’s traffic and eventually make your participation in WEBIT a huge success.
The investment we put in the promotional campaign is significant and we are investing on this just to maximise the return on your investment with us.
In another words, we are paying you what you paid to us… hopefully with profit.
A brief on the media plan is coming in below:
1) Newspaper Campaign:
• Daily Newspapers
The campaign is planned to start two months before the opening of WEBIT 2012.
With a total of (6-10) quarter page colored ads in major Jordanian newspapers
The ads will be concentrated and on a daily basis in the week before and during the event
• Weekly newspapers
(3-4) advertisements are scheduled to be published in weekly newspapers for the purpose of WEBIT promotion.
These ads will start late June 2012 and will carry on until the last week prior to WEBIT.
2) Radio & TV:
More than 100 radio and TV spot ads will be broadcasted for WEBIT promotion in the major local radio stations and TV. Time of broadcast will be selected within the peak period.
3) High traffic Local Websites:
A banner for WEBIT will be placed in distinguished locations in the highest traffic Local websites.
This includes major news portals, Newspapers, blogs, and much more.
4) Social Media & Networks:
WEBIT will be active in mostly all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Googl+, etc…
News, Videos, images and blogs of WEBIT will be highly broadcasted to ensure the biggest exposure within the targeted viewers and visitors.
5) WEBIT Website:
www.WEBITJORDAN.com is the official website for this event and it will be the most comprehensive tool demonstrating WEBIT. The website is registered in most of major search engines to facilitate more visits to it and eventually more traffic to the exhibition.
6) Mass-Mails:
A mailing campaign for WEBIT promotion will be directed to more than 300,000 email addresses covering the whole Arab and Middle East region
Mail shots will be in the rate of 2 times per week starting early June 2012.
7) SMS:
Targeted and Geo tagged SMS campaign will be used for enhancing quality visiting traffic to WEBIT. Agreements with SMS promotion companies have been finalized and the campaign will start early June 2012
8) Press Conferences
Aside from normal advertising in news paper, press newsletters will be issued and published in the form of press conference in all newspapers and news websites in Jordan.
9) Invitation Cards:
In order to assure high profile visitors to WEBIT, Invitation cards will be sent to VIP’s from Jordan and the region inviting them to visit the event and attend the opening ceremony and the Forum where sponsors, partners, supporters and participants will be greeted for their contributions in WEBIT. Scheduled invitations will exceed 8000 names.
10) Mupis & Banners:
Mupis and street banners will be distributed in distinguished locations in Amman and major cities.
11) Brochures & Flyers:
15000 high quality leaflets and flyers will be distributed in distinguished locations in Jordan. This includes, but not limited to Malls, Hyper Markets, Internet Cafes, Universities, Schools, Embassies, government departments, NGOs, associations…etc.
